Evidence to gather
Filing readiness
This replaces any verdict. Whether and when to file is your decision, and it is worth taking to a licensed immigration attorney first.
No attorney has reviewed these answers. To have an attorney review your case, request a consultation with Liu & Associates, P.C.
Ask about your report
AI assistantAsk how to strengthen the record, what an evidence item means, or how the benchmark works. This assistant explains the report; it does not decide eligibility.
AI responses are informational and may be wrong. They are not legal advice. For advice about your case, speak with a licensed immigration attorney.
How this evaluation works
Three prongs, not a score
The report follows the Matter of Dhanasar framework USCIS uses: substantial merit and national importance, whether you are well positioned to advance the endeavor, and whether waiving the job-offer and labour-certification requirements benefits the United States on balance.
It will not tell you “you qualify”
This tool shows what supports your case and what cuts against it. It does not predict approval, score your odds, or advise whether to file. Those are legal judgments for a licensed attorney.
Calibrated, with a caveat
Citation figures are compared with 7,700+ publicly posted approved NIW cases. Only approvals are published, so the comparison is survivor-biased: a percentile is an anchor, not a probability.
Open-source skill underneath
The analysis is produced with the open-source OpenNIW niw-petition Agent Skill (MIT), adapted for this page. It is document preparation and issue-spotting, not legal representation.
