O-1 Attorney Pricing Explained
What are our legal fees?
Our comprehensive service includes drafting every document submitted to USCIS and, for selective cases, refunding the attorneys' fee if the case is denied, yet Liu & Associates, P.C. keeps the attorneys' fee affordable and reasonable.
We are confident in our ability to represent our clients successfully, which is why we are the first immigration law firm to offer a refund policy on O-1 petitions. That guarantee is not empty: it is set out in the attorney-client contract and binds our law firm.
Beyond affordable attorney fees, Liu & Associates, P.C. offers qualified clients a flexible payment schedule, allowing the legal fee to be paid in multiple installments.
Simply submit your Free Evaluation and if you qualify, we’ll share our service package options.
Approval or Refund® Guarantee
We guarantee approval of your case or you receive a full refund. Our firm has developed consistent winning strategies for the O-1 petition and therefore has 100% confidence in every O-1 petition we submit.
What are the payment methods?
We accept credit/debit cards (via PayPal or Stripe), personal checks, Zelle transfers, wire transfers, ACH, money orders, and cashier's checks.
What services are included in the legal fee?
- Unlimited Inquiries for the Petition: An attorney-client relationship is created from when we receive your signed Retainer Agreement and payment until the time the case is closed. We will prepare your case in a timely, thorough, and professional manner. As your lawyer we will:
- Strictly follow the timeline specified in the contract: We keep to a fixed timeline when drafting your recommendation letters and petition letter. Nothing on our side will delay your petition. We are always prompt, efficient, and focused.
- Promptly answer your questions regarding your case: You can usually expect a response to your O-1 case preparation inquiries within 24 business hours.
- Be available to discuss your case on the phone: Our team of attorneys can discuss your case by phone with 24-hour notice.
- Discussing Potential Recommenders: We carefully review the reference list our clients propose and advise which candidates best suit recommendation letters.
- Drafting the Recommendation Letters: Most law firms provide only templates, ask clients to draft their own recommendation letters, or charge extra for the service. Liu & Associates, P.C. drafts them for our clients. Drafting good recommendation letters requires extensive experience petitioning USCIS and a deep understanding of its regulations and preferences. We believe well-drafted letters are essential to a successful petition.
- Drafting the Petition Letter: We analyze your credentials within our carefully designed petition structure and prepare your petition according to our winning strategies. You receive the first draft of the petition letter within 10 business days after providing all signed recommendation letters, and we will revise it until you are satisfied.
- Preparing and Filing the Petition Package: Once we receive all supporting evidence, we prepare exhibits and organize your supporting documents in line with USCIS regulations and preferences.
- Responding to RFE (Request for Evidence) or NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) Without Extra Charge: If USCIS issues an RFE or NOID, we promptly notify our clients and provide a response strategy aimed at eventual approval. We prepare any additional documents needed, including but not limited to recommendation letters, testimonial letters, or a Citation Impact Analysis Report. We respond to USCIS on time and never miss the response deadline.
- In the Case of Denial, Your Choice of Full Refund or Free Re-filing: O-1 approval rests within the adjudicating officer's discretion, and officers do not all adjudicate cases the same way. If you use our Approval or Refund® service and your petition is denied, you may take the full refund immediately or have us re-file at NO extra charge.
Winning Strategies — from the Beginning to Approval
From the moment you retain us, we are committed to obtaining approval of your case. After carefully studying thousands of cases and court opinions, we have developed winning strategies for O-1 petitions, and we present your qualifications so clearly, convincingly, and definitively that your case will succeed. Remember that although approval rests within the adjudicator's discretion, USCIS, as an administrative agency, cannot make inconsistent decisions.
Top Law School-Educated Attorneys
Unlike other immigration law firms, we hire only attorneys who hold a Juris Doctor degree from a top law school. Our insistence on top-notch lawyers supports your success on the immigration path. Our attorneys know not only the law and USCIS regulations but also the case law and court opinions, and they track the latest trends, issues, and changes. Immigration law and regulations change constantly, so your petition needs the most professional, hardworking attorneys.
