Choose Liu & Associates, P.C. for your EB1-A Application

Approval or Refund

We guarantee approval of your case, or you receive a full refund—a guarantee no other law firm offers. Our firm has developed winning EB1-A strategies, so we have 100% confidence in every EB1-A petition we submit.

Winning Strategies — from the Beginning to Approval

From the moment you retain us, we work toward approval of your case. After studying thousands of cases and court opinions, we have developed winning EB1-A strategies, and we present your qualifications so clearly and convincingly that adjudicating officers cannot reject them. Approval rests within the adjudicator's discretion, but USCIS, as an administrative agency, cannot issue inconsistent decisions.

Top Law School-Educated Attorneys

Unlike other immigration law firms, we hire only attorneys holding a Juris Doctor degree from a top law school. That insistence on exceptional lawyers supports your success. Our attorneys know the law and USCIS regulations as well as the case law and court opinions, and they track the newest trends and changes. Immigration law shifts constantly, so you need the most professional, diligent attorneys on your petition.

Legal Fee

We charge flat fee for EB-1 and NIW petitions. Even with our approval guarantee, Liu & Associates, P.C. keeps attorney fees affordable and reasonable, so every qualified applicant can reach their American dream within their means.

We are fully confident in our ability to represent clients successfully—that confidence is why we alone offer a refund policy on I-140 petitions. The guarantee is no empty promise; it appears in the attorney-client contract, which binds our law firm.

Beyond affordable legal fees, Liu & Associates, P.C. offers qualified clients a flexible payment schedule that allows the legal fee to be paid in several installments.

What are the payment methods?

We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, traveler's checks, cashier's checks, and wire transfers, as well as MasterCard and Visa credit cards (payment online).

What does the legal fee include?

  1. Unlimited inquiries during the period of representation: An attorney-client relationship begins when we receive your signed Retainer Agreement and payment and lasts until the case closes. We handle your case promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. As your lawyer, we will:
    1. Keep you informed at every stage.
    2. Answer your case questions promptly.
    3. Promptly return your phone calls.
    4. Discuss the advantages and risks of your decisions fully.
  2. Discussion of potential recommenders: Unlike most firms, Liu & Associates, P.C. works with clients to identify the best candidates for their recommendation letters. Neither the law nor USCIS regulations fix a required number, but 3 to 7 letters are considered appropriate.
  3. Drafting recommendation letters based on information you provide: Unlike most law firms, which only supply templates and ask clients to draft their own letters or charge extra, Liu & Associates, P.C. drafts the letters for you. Strong recommendation letters take legal training and a deep understanding of what USCIS looks for. Because you know the recommenders best—their authority and expertise and how your research influences them—give us details on each recommender, their standing, and the link between their research and yours.
  4. Drafting the petition letter: Once the signed recommendation letters arrive, we analyze your credentials within our carefully designed petition structure and prepare the legal summary and arguments according to our winning strategy. You will receive the first draft within a week after forwarding all the recommendation letters; you may review and revise it or email us about any parts you want changed. We will revise the petition letter until you are satisfied.
  5. Preparing and filing Form I-140 along with organized evidence and petition letter: After receiving all supporting evidence, we prepare Form I-140 and an exhibit list and organize your documents under USCIS regulations. We email you the prepared form for review and signature and go over the organized evidence with you, then complete a final review before sending the package to USCIS by FedEx.
  6. RFE (Request for Evidence): If USCIS issues an RFE, we notify you immediately and direct you to gather further documents so we can respond on time. We draft the reference letters and legal argument needed to answer the RFE at NO extra charge.
  7. In the case of denial, your choice of full refund or free appeal: Whatever our efforts, I-140 approval rests within the adjudicating officer's discretion, and erroneous denials do happen. If a denial occurs, you may take the full refund at once or have us appeal at NO extra charge.
