2. Receiving response from our principal attorney personally
Our attorneys respond personally, analyze your qualifications, and give you an honest appraisal of how likely approval is. Liu & Associates, P.C. developed the carefully designed EB1 Credential Test™ from the law and opinions of USCIS, the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and judicial review decisions, plus our own experience. We review your qualifications for EB-1A classification against the criteria test and our principal attorney's evaluation.
3. Two results of your case appraisal
A. You are qualified for EB-1A Alien of Extraordinary Ability
If our review finds that you qualify for EB-1A, we will send you our full service package.
B. You are not qualified for EB-1A Alien of Extraordinary Ability
If our evaluation shows that approval under the EB-1C category is unlikely, you may pursue other immigration options.
Considering other immigrant visa categories: If we conclude that you do not qualify for EB-1A Alien of Extraordinary Ability, we will explain alternatives such as the EB-2 National Interest Waiver (many people who do not qualify for EB-1 may qualify for NIW, which applies a lower threshold for achievements and abilities) or EB-2 with PERM.
4. Further communication
After you receive our evaluation of your EB-1A qualifications, we encourage you to discuss your situation by phone or email - ask questions, raise concerns, or address immediate needs. Putting real questions into words often clarifies what you want or need to know. Everything we receive during this process is confidential.
5. Please note
At this stage, our analysis of your chances and any exchange about the general outlook of your case does not constitute a legal opinion or create an attorney-client relationship.
