Choose Liu & Associates, P.C. for your EB1-B Application
Approval or Refund
We guarantee your case will be approved or you get a full refund. No other law firm can promise that. Our firm has developed winning strategies for EB1-B applications, so we have 100% confidence in every EB1-B petition we submit.
Winning Strategies — from the Beginning to Approval
Once you retain us, we commit to winning approval of your case. After carefully studying thousands of cases and court opinions, we have developed winning strategies for EB1-B petitions. We present your qualifications clearly, convincingly, and definitively, so adjudicating officers cannot reject them. Approval rests in the adjudicator's discretion, but the USCIS, as an administrative agency, cannot make inconsistent decisions.
Top Law School-Educated Attorneys
Unlike other immigration law firms, we employ only attorneys with a Juris Doctor from a top law school. That insistence on topnotch lawyers ensures your success on the immigration path. Our attorneys know the law, USCIS regulations, case law, and court opinions, and they track the latest trends and changes. Immigration law and regulations change constantly, so you need the most professional and hardworking attorneys for your petition.
Legal Fee
We charge a flat fee for EB-1 and NIW petitions. Despite our approval guarantee, Liu & Associates, P.C. keeps its attorneys' fee affordable and reasonable. Our goal is to help every qualified applicant realize the American dream within their means.
We have one hundred percent confidence in our ability to represent clients successfully; that is why we are the only immigration law firm with a refund policy on I-140 petitions. That guarantee is not empty: it is set out in the attorney-client contract and is binding to our law firm.
Along with affordable legal fees, Liu & Associates, P.C. offers qualified clients a flexible schedule for paying the legal fee in several installments.
What are the payment methods?
We accept cash, personal or cashier's checks, money orders, traveler's checks, wire transfers, and MasterCard or Visa cards (payment online).
What does the legal fee include?
- Unlimited inquiries during the period of representation: An attorney-client relationship begins when we receive your signed Retainer Agreement and payment and lasts until the case is closed. We prepare your case promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. As your lawyer, we will:
- Keep you informed of every development in your case.
- Promptly answer your questions regarding your case.
- Promptly return your phone calls.
- Fully discuss the advantages and risks of the decisions you make.
- Discussion of potential recommenders: Unlike most law firms, Liu & Associates, P.C. works with clients to identify the best candidates for their recommendation letters. Neither the law nor USCIS regulations set a required number, but 3 to 7 letters are generally considered appropriate.
- Drafting recommendation letters based on information you provide: Unlike most law firms, which provide only templates, ask clients to draft their own recommendation letters, or charge extra for the service, Liu & Associates, P.C. drafts them for you. Strong letters require a legal background and a deep understanding of the preferences USCIS applies to them. We believe well-drafted letters are essential to a successful petition. Because you know the recommenders best, you must give us detailed information about each one: their authority and expertise in your field, how your research influences them, their recognition in the field, and the connection between their research and yours.
- Drafting the petition letter: Once we receive your signed recommendation letters, we analyze your credentials within our carefully designed petition structure and prepare the legal summary and arguments according to our winning strategy. You will receive the first draft within a week after you forward us all the recommendation letters, and you may revise it or email us about specific parts you want changed. We revise the petition letter until you are satisfied.
- Preparing and filing Form I-140 along with organized evidence and petition letter: Once we receive all supporting evidence, we prepare Form I-140 and an exhibit list and organize your documents under USCIS regulations. We email you the prepared form for review and signature and confirm the organized evidence with you, then conduct a final review before sending the petition package to USCIS by FedEx.
- RFE (Request for Evidence): If USCIS issues an RFE, we notify you immediately, direct you to prepare the additional documents, and respond promptly. We draft the reference letters and legal argument for the RFE response at NO extra charge.
- In the case of denial, your choice of full refund or free appeal: Despite our zealous representation, I-140 approval lies within the adjudicating officer's discretion, and erroneous denials do occur. In the rare event of a denial, you may take a full refund or have us appeal the case at NO extra charge.
