2. Receiving response from our principal attorney personally
Our attorneys respond to your email personally, analyze your qualifications, and give you an honest appraisal of how likely approval is. Liu & Associates, P.C. developed the carefully designed EB1 Credential Test™ from the law and opinions of USCIS, the Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), and judicial review decisions, together with our own experience. We review your qualifications for EB-1B classification against that criteria test and our principal attorney's evaluation.
3. Two results of your case appraisal
A. You are qualified for EB-1B Outstanding Professors and Researchers
If our careful review shows you qualify for the EB-1B category, we will send you our full service package.
B. You are not qualified for EB-1B Outstanding Professors and Researchers
If our evaluation shows the likelihood of approval under the EB-1B category is not high, you may seek other alternatives for your immigration benefits.
Considering other immigrant visa categories: If we decide you do not qualify for EB-1B Outstanding Professors and Researchers, we will explain alternative immigration benefits such as EB-2 National Interest Waiver (many people who are not qualified for EB-1 may qualify for NIW, which has a lower threshold concerning achievements and abilities) or EB-2 with PERM.
4. Further communication
Once you receive our evaluation of your EB-1B qualifications, we encourage you to raise any questions, concerns, or immediate needs by phone or email. Putting your questions into words often clarifies what you really want or need to know. Everything we receive in this process is confidential.
5. Please note
So far, our analysis of your chances and our discussion of your case's outlook do not constitute a legal opinion or create an attorney-client relationship.
