Choose Liu & Associates, P.C. for your EB1-C Application

Approval or Refund

We guarantee approval of your case or you receive a full refund — a guarantee no other law firm makes. Our firm has developed winning EB1-C strategies, so we have 100% confidence in every EB1-C petition we submit.

Winning Strategies — from the Beginning to Approval

From the moment you retain us, we are committed to your approval. After studying thousands of cases and court opinions, we have developed winning EB1-C petition strategies. We present your qualifications so clearly and convincingly that adjudicating officers cannot reject them. Approval rests within the adjudicator's discretion, but USCIS, as an administrative agency, cannot make inconsistent decisions.

Top Law School-Educated Attorneys

Unlike other immigration law firms, we hire only attorneys with a Juris Doctor degree from a top law school. That insistence on top-notch lawyers supports your success. Our attorneys know the law and USCIS regulations and track the relevant cases, court opinions, and the latest trends, issues, and changes. Because immigration law changes constantly, you need the most professional and hardworking attorneys for your petition.

Legal Fee

We charge a flat fee for EB-1 and NIW petitions. Even with our approval guarantee, Liu & Associates, P.C. keeps the attorneys' fee affordable and reasonable, so every qualified applicant can realize their American dreams within their means.

Beyond affordable legal fees, Liu & Associates, P.C. offers qualified clients a flexible payment schedule, with the legal fee payable in multiple installments.

What are the payment methods?

We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, traveler's checks, cashier's checks, wire transfers, and MasterCard and Visa credit cards (payment online).

What does the legal fee include?

  1. Unlimited inquiries during the period of representation: An attorney-client relationship arises when we receive your signed Retainer Agreement and payment and lasts until the case is closed. We will prepare your case timely, thoroughly, and professionally. As your lawyer, we will:
    1. Keep you informed of all case progress.
    2. Answer your case questions promptly.
    3. Promptly return your phone calls.
    4. Discuss with you the advantages and risks of your decisions.
  2. Discussion of potential recommenders: Unlike most law firms, Liu & Associates, P.C. works with clients to identify the best candidates for their recommendation letters. Neither the law nor USCIS regulations set the required number, but 3 to 7 letters are deemed appropriate.
  3. Drafting recommendation letters based on information you provide: Unlike most law firms, which provide only templates and expect clients to draft their own letters or charge extra for the service, Liu & Associates, P.C. drafts the recommendation letters for you. Drafting effective letters requires legal training and a solid grasp of what USCIS looks for in them. We believe well-drafted letters are essential to a successful petition. Because you know each recommender's authority, expertise in your field, and how your research influenced them, you should give us detailed information about each recommender, their recognition in the field, and the connection between their research and yours.
  4. Drafting the petition letter: After receiving signed recommendation letters, we analyze your credentials within our carefully designed petition structure and prepare the legal summary and arguments under our winning strategy. You will receive the first draft of the recommendation letter within a week after you forward all the recommendation letters to us, and you may review it, revise it, or email us about any parts you want changed. We will revise the petition letter until you are satisfied.
  5. Preparing and filing Form I-140 along with organized evidence and petition letter: Once we receive all supporting evidence, we prepare Form I-140 and an exhibit list and organize your documents under USCIS regulations. We email you the prepared form for review and signature and confirm the organized evidence with you. We do a final review before sending the petition package to USCIS via FedEx.
  6. RFE (Request for Evidence): If an RFE is required, we notify you immediately, instruct you to prepare the further documents, and respond to USCIS on time. We draft the reference letters and legal argument for the RFE response at NO extra charge.
  7. In the case of denial, your choice of full refund or free appeal: Despite our zealous representation, I-140 approval rests within the adjudicating officer's discretion, and erroneous denials do occur. In that rare event, you may take the full refund immediately or have us appeal at NO extra charge.
