2. Receiving response from our principal attorney personally
Our attorneys respond personally, analyze your qualifications, and give you an honest appraisal of the likelihood of approval. Liu & Associates, P.C. developed its EB1 Credential Test™ from the law, USCIS and Administrative Appeals Office (AAO) opinions, judicial review opinions, and our experience. We review your EB-1C qualifications against that criteria test and our principal attorney's evaluation.
3. Two results of your case appraisal
A. You are qualified for EB-1C Multinational Executives/Managers
If our careful review shows that you qualify for EB-1C, we will send you our full service package.
B. You are not qualified for EB-1C Multinational Executives/Managers
If our evaluation shows that approval under EB-1C is unlikely, you can pursue other immigration benefits.
Considering other immigrant visa categories: If we determine that you do not qualify for EB-1C Multinational Executives/Managers, we will explain alternative immigration benefits to you, such as the EB-2 National Interest Waiver (Many applicants who do not qualify for EB-1 may qualify for NIW, which applies a lower threshold for achievements and abilities) or EB-2 with PERM.
4. Further communication
After you receive our evaluation of your EB-1C qualifications, we encourage you to discuss your situation and raise any questions, concerns, or immediate needs by phone or email. Putting your questions into words often clarifies what you really want or need to know. Everything we receive is confidential.
5. Please note
Until this point, our analysis of your chances and our discussion of your case's general outlook and potential do not constitute a legal opinion or create an attorney-client relationship.
